Why do we do these things?
Civilization is not civil.
We kill,
Hate,
Destroy,
Waste.
We shatter our own dreams
With litanies of
No,
Can’t,
Won’t,
Shouldn’t,
Impossible.
We no longer hear the music,
The magic is gone.
We have killed ourselves.
